A Mole (Animal)-like koopa enemy from the Mario series that first appeared in Super Mario Bros. 3. They pop out of Manholes and throw Wrenches at the player.
Rocky Wrenches are depicted as a brown and white mole with Claws, Buck Teeth, a black Shell, blue Goggles and have a Manhole Cover on their head.
