Being the destroyer escort most famous for the Philadelphia Experiment, she is portrayed as a clearly futuristic (and supernatural) character. Her physical attributes are long Blonde Hair with a large Ahoge and tied into Twintails, Orange Eyes, and Small Breasts.
Her outfit consists of a plain White Dress with Detached Sleeves, and White Thighhighs, while her Rigging consists of multiple 40 mm Anti-Aircraft Guns and 533 mm triple Torpedo Tubes. She also uses Dowsing Rods that are normally used to detect spirits.
