She has long Pink Hair tied into Twintails and with an Ahoge, and Green Eyes. Her default outfit (representing her Italian service) consists of a Black Vest, Black Shorts underneath a Black Skirt, black Thigh Boots, and a green Hair Bow. As UIT-24 (Kancolle) she wears a black Hair Bow, and as I-503 (Kancolle) she wears a pink Hair Bow.
The historical Comandante Cappellini was seized by the Japanese after the Italian surrender in 1943 and handed over to Germany as UIT-24. She was seized back by the Japanese after the German surrender in 1945 and commissioned as I-503.
